and development of mineral resources; assets evaluation of prospecting
claims and mining claims; consulting and programming on prospecting
in regional ore belts and mines.
Long historical accumulation: Beijing
Institute of Geology for Mineral Resources (BIGM) has made great contribution
to exploration and development of mineral resources of China since it
was founded in 1955. The significant contribution has also been made
in study on metallogenic theory and exploration technology, as well
as development of exploration instrument such as TEM, Magnetotelluric
Sounding Unit(V52000), Induced-polarized Instrument and 24 Channel-Seismic
Instrument. BIGM has played the decisive role in exploration and development
of metallic resources including Fe, Cu, Pb, Zn, W, Sn, Au, Ag etc. Many
geologists were trained to become an excellent specialist group for
mineral exploration. BIGM has long historical accumulation in mineral
exploration field and is an extraordinary competitor in many fields.
Plentiful and substantial achievement: The achievement includes theoretical
researching such as “isospatial mellalogenesis” and “theory of mellalogenesis
by hot brine seepage”,discovery and exploration of mineral deposits
such as Keketale, developing and manufacturing of exploration instrument
such as, completion of over 300 researching projects of which over 100
projects won state’s awards and publication of over 10 kinds of books.

the frontier of metallic metallogenic theory and exploration technology,
has all-round grasp of global mineral resources information. BIGM holds
massive valuable information about geological exploration and researching
obtained during the past 50 years. As a result, containing huge economic
